Things to Hear While Losing Weight at the Cinema Toilet

(Because of the gross nature of this post, I'll use words synonymous to the original.)

Dear ,

Dahil sa Cine Europa na natatapos mga quarter to eleven na nang gabi, pagdating ko sa bahay ay natutulog nalang ako para makaalis dito ng 6am para makapasok sa aming 7:30 am class. Di narin ako nakaka-excrement discharged from the intestines. Kaya mga 5 days nang walang lumalabas sa aking anus.

Syempre, kailangan ng ating katawan na maglabas ng masasamang substances kaya noong 5th day, noong 3rd screening mga 7pm (Menolippu Mombasaan ang film, see the screen cap below), di na mapigilan ng aking katawan at unti-unti nang lumalabas si Baby Feces. Alangan naman akong manganak sa loob ng cinehan, pumunta nalang ako sa Comfort Room para manganak.

Sa loob ng C.R., walang tao kaya inukupahan ko ang isang stall na walang masyado ilaw. Pagpasok ko at pagupo sa throne, narealize ko walang tissue sa dispenser, meron man, kakaunti mga 3 sheets.

Di ko alam gagawin ko kaya nag-stay nalang ako dun at nag-isip ng next move. Maya-maya, may pumasok, may kausap sa cellphone na parang finnish or armenian ang language. Nang biglang kumalabog pinto ng stall ko. He tried to open the door but to no avail, andoon ako at tahimik na gumagawa ng kabahuan. Umubo nalang ako para malaman nya presence ko.

3. (Habang may kausap sa cellphone.)

"Bhe, dito pa ako office, susunduin kita maya... Oo. Di ko kasama, umuwi na... Sige, love you. Bye." (pagkababa ng phone) "Nyeta, nagpapasundo pa parang walang paa!"

- lalaking kausap sa cell ang kanyang nobya na walang paa.


Yun lang, di ko na kasi na-alala yung iba.

Pero masarap pala mag-bawas sa shangrila. hahahaah...

Photography = Filmmaking?

Dear photographers,

Para mawala ang problema, Mag-picture taking nalang tayo!

Akoy isang photographer na mahilig sa mga nakakadiring bagay. Maraming mga tao ang nagagalit sakin pag bigla ko silang papakitaan ng mga nakakadiring pictures (Pusang nakalabas ang mata, asong tumatae, dumudurang pulis etc...) na ang mga photos naman ay magagandang kuha (ayon sa aking palagay). Ano ba namang masama sa mga ganoong litrato, unique nga eh!

Greatest dream ko ang maging isang Filmmaker someday, pero sa tingin ko malabong makakapasok ako sa industriya dahil sa aking mga style. Mga style na makabagong di open sa karamihan. So naisip ko, gagalingan ko sa photography (because at this moment eh dun yata ako nag-e-excel.). Then I'll be a good cinematographer and enter filmmaking silently. Tapos isa na akong filmmaker! Hurray!

Kanina lang, naiinis ako sa sarili ko, ang O.A. ko pala. grabe, kung mapapanood nyo ang music video na aking dinirehe (Artist: Siakol Song: Kabilang Mundo Starring Isaiah of Busted Isaiah's Blog.) eh masasabi nyong wala akong kwenta, di ako marunong humawak ng tao, naiinsecure ako sa magagandang tao (artistas) at nahihiya akong magsalita sa nakakarami. Panoorin nyo video na nasa baba, 2nd edit yan at di final pero naiinis talaga ako... Grabe nakakahiya, pinalabas pa yan sa MTV and MYX, grabe, nakakahiya. Weird Movies ka Rosita Dahil Nalulungkot Ako...

Gusto ko manood something corny, not tommorow, not today but now. Yung tipong mga pelikula ni Dolphy saka sino mang teeny booper starlet na may crappy movie from star-cinema viva or regal films basta tagalog. Ewan ko ba biglang nag-iba taste ko. Dati gusto ko mga tipong gawa ni Polanski, Kurosawa, etc etc eh ano ba nangyayari sakin. Isa na akong class F cineaste.

Grabe, ang pinakacorny na nahanap ko dito sa bahay ay All About Love ni Sandara Park.

Telecommunication Sucks Real Time!

Nalulungkot ako mga friends sa mga oras na ito kaya siguro puro angst ang aking post ngayon. Ngayon ko lang narealize gaano ka-halaga sa atin ang telecommunication particularly internet.

May isa kasi akong kaibigan na kailangan magbayad ng P10,000.00 para sa kanilang phone bill sa PLDT Vibe. Syempre di ako makapaniwala, minsan lang naman kasi nya ginamit ang PLDT Vibe nung wala siya internet card. Kinal-culate namin ang usage nya kung 10k ang isisisngil sa kanya. For every peak hour, PLDT Vibe charges 30 pesos. So 10000 multiplied by 30 edi 10 hours a day. Grabe, gahaman ang PLDT, tapos pinarecheck nila sa PLDT baka mali, At biglang gumulantang ang isa pang mas malunos na figure.

This kind of actor is very easy to motivate.
This kind of actor is seldom known.
This kind of actor is Low Profile.
These kind of actors were few.

The SECOND is the Actor for Profit.

This kind of actor chooses projects in terms of commercial appeal.
This kind of actor would do anything not to destroy his image.
This kind of actor always dreams of someday being a legend.
This kind of actor works for a lucrative amount of money.
This kind of actor is very hard to motivate.
This kind of actor is sometimes famous.
This kind of actor is a bit scandalous.

These kind of actors were countless.

But there were very rare instances that the two types
were mixed creating a third kind of actor.

The THIRD, Actor for Real.

This kind of actor chooses projects based on their pure raw emotions.
This kind of actor doesn't care whatever happens to their image.
This kind of actor is carefree in terms of being famous.
This kind of actor is paid depending on the project.
This kind of actor doesn't need any motivation.
This kind of actor is a household name.
This kind of actor is a cult figure.
These kind of actors were rare.


I hope magkaroon ng maraming third actors for indie films!!!

Direktor na Baluktot!

Dear Country Men,

Kahapon, shi-noot namin ang aming TV ad para sa isang elective subject. Kakapagod. and there's this LCD thingy thats keeping me depressed. (okay, we damaged something)

The ad is about a Lipstick (syempre lahat ng members ng group namin eh kikays, except me, i wanted to do an ad about a chalk. diba wala pa nagagawa commercial sa chalk? let me be the pioneer in chalk advertising!)

Upload ko dito yung ad pag tapos na. anyway, our product is LIPGLAMOUR lipstick, available is six colors. heheehe

our location was inside Pasig City Livelihood Resource Center. Garden na maganda. hehehe..

Haay, pagod na ako... gusto ko ng tulog. Pero directing (a film, shortfilm, music video etc. ) is rewarding! haay, dami ko natutunan. Like check the 5 day weather first, bring lots of fluids saka wag magsisiga sa set to create a dreany effect.

I've Watched a Gem Today...

Dear friends, I've watched a Gem today. The type of gem thats rare and beautiful...

Sarong Banggi
a Film by Emman Dela Cruz
(showing at SM Cinemas on a 1 week period only! From Sept 6-12.)

It's really unplanned, I'm just at SM Manila to buy the MMV-200 my tita asked me. I was inside Booksale with ate Lalaine when I suddenly uttered "Sarong Banggi"(I've read somewhere about it and that's it!) After ate Lalaine left, I immediately went to the cinemas and to my surprise, the Sarong Banggi trailer was being shown at the small TV near Cinema 1.


The trailer was really wonderful. I watched it for about 8 times without noticing the crowd gathering beside me.

When I was in the process of buying the ticket, the "Takilyera" asked me, "Cinema 1, Sarong Banggi?". I answered yes the she asked me the same question again.

At the entrace of Cinema 1, the lady guard, takilyera, saleslady (whatever its called) asked me again the question asked by Ms. Takilyera. Maybe they can't believe I'm watching... Its just so distracting.

Anyway, I went inside 4:32 PM but the next screening would be at 5:10 so I just squat near the CR at the hallowed hallway of SM Cinema 1. I listened some music from my phone in order to isolate me from the movie's sound and thereby spoiling me. The funny thing are the people, whenever they passed at me, would look at me puzzled. Maybe its their first time to see a man sitting in an Indian position inside the cinema.

5:10PM. What happened next is pure emotional roller coaster combined with Ube Ice Cream topped with gravel and mixed using the smallest spoon available at the fastest R/PM known to man. ITS PURELY WONDERFUL! my god, the UFO (they prefer smaller case, so "ufo") Pictures opening billboard was fantastic. and the next things undescribable. Its the first film I saw that totally isolated me from the cinema.

The next thing I know is that my feet hurts because of the super cold temperature.

The film is about a birthday boy that would be given by his friends his first sexual experience with a hooker. But because the hooker lied at the boys that she is 25 years old, they left her. But as the boys parted ways, birthday boy returned to the place of the hooker and a bond between them develops. I'll stop now. Go watch the film! ITS GOOOOOD!

The hooker is Jackyln Jose (Shes the most beautiful prostitute I've seen.), and the birthday boy is Angelo Illagan (he resembles Bembol Roco, younger of course).

My only criticism is the credits. The red part of the credits cant be seen.. (Or its just the SANYO projector SM are using?)

Anyway, the film is good for the soul. Grabe. ANG GANDA!

Thanks to the magnificent handling by the director, Dir. Emman Dela Cruz and to UFO Pictures for bringing us this film. (How I wish to be a part of the elite circle of the ufo namely Michico Yamamoto, Raymond Lee, Ned Trespeces, Jade Castro, Emman Dela Cruz, etc... Kahit P.A. lang or volunteer.)

nanood ako ng LOve me if you dare sa SM MANILA, Centerpoint and southmall. Ang ganda! jeux d' enfants and original title noon. french kasi iyon. it stars Marrion Cotillard as Sophie (BIG FISH) and Guilliame Canet (THE BEACH) yun. siguro mga 11 times ko na napanood yun. ang ganda talaga. anyway, try nyo panoorin ang SPELLBOUND, isa itong documentary film about 8 american children sa isang spelling bee. available yan sa DVD sa quiapo. hehehe
